Booking
A direct booking can be made through or email: info@sctab.eu or through phone: +46 (0) 46 139640
A complete booking includes:
Paying customer/Customer ID
Shippment details in form of complete adress of pick up and delivery
Contact person - full contact information and adress
Full registration number of car and/or viachle for transportation
Car dimensions if car is bigger than standars (greater than 5,0 m long and 1,7m in hight)
Vehicle condition
Changes in booking
You cannot cancel an order when your car is in a pick up queue. Car pick up require a lot of detailed planning and a cancelation is not possible when a booking is made, if you decide to proceed with a order cancellation after your car is done to pick up you will be charged the full cost of transport. You can however make changes before your car is in the pick up queue. An order change is free of cost.
Big & Tall vehicles
Europe only allows up to 4,0 meters in total lenght on big roads. This is why it's important that you communicate to us if your car and/or vehicle is of bigger or taller size.
Sport cars
A sport car is usually treated a bit more exclusive. Since sport cars are lower than usual cars it's important that you inform us about how low your car is. The lowest car we can load is a car that is 11cm from the ground, if your car is lower it needs a special transport which cost more.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
You can make changes to your order by reaching out to us at info@sctab.eu
Please note that once your order is packed and ready to ship, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Why did I not receive my entire order?
We attempt to ship all of the items your ordered together. Sometimes we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to availability.
If your order is divided, we will notify you by sending you a email.
